Your tasks:

• You care and support the residents in an interprofessional team and thus contribute to the most self-determined life in a family atmosphere
• Prophylaxis, pain and nutrition management – all in your care repertoire!
• You carry out professional basic and treatment care and check the medical devices
• Your counterpart quickly feels that he is in loving, professional hands with you
• You always know about the state of health of the inhabitants, because your observations are fixed in writing
• Emergency situations are not a problem for you, because due to the intensive incorporation you can intervene adequately
