What you do with us:

You are part of a team of technical experts:inside for the modules personnel administration (PA) and organization management (OM). You develop and optimize the SAP HCM modules PA and OM and ensure ongoing support for HR services. The focus is on customizing and 3rd level support. You are responsible for the analysis, elaboration and implementation of customer requirements in the SAP HCM master data environment in close cooperation with the internal specialist departments. You are thinking one step further: you accompany the transition from the 'onpremise world' to the cloud and implement new requirements both in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and in solutions from other providers. You ensure a high quality of personal master files taking into account all revision policies and compliance requirements.

Technologies (SAP HCM onPremise, Successs Factors, SAP Cloud Platform etc.) are for you not only Buzzwords, but you also have experiences in handling. You have already experienced agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and know how to use them where it makes sense. As a team player with analytical competence and communication skills, you can think in processes and anticipate effects on interfaces.
