A project management, which manages complex construction projects in a sovereign way, is sought – in the existing, commercial or residential construction. A safe handling of technical, organizational and economic processes as well as a view for practical solutions at the construction site as in the office are crucial. Your tasks at a glance: Contact person for builders:inside and planning participants Control of the use of technical engineers:inside, specialist advisers:inside and after-take Guidance, guidance and further development of the building management Personnel, equipment and material disposition in the project Organisation and control of execution planning Preparation and support of tenders and awards Support of calculations and promotional editing Monitoring of construction processes and project key figures Design, testing and enforcement of supplements Participation in contract and award negotiations with contractors and follow-ups Close coordination with the group or department management on technical, organisational and human subjects

Complete studies in civil engineering or architecture Multiannual experience in the independent processing of construction projects in the construction of buildings, industrial construction or housing Secure handling of MS Office as well as industry-standard calculation and accounting programs (e.g. ARRIBA/RIB iTWO) Clear project focus, independent and economically influenced working methods Communication strength, sovereign appearance and a pragmatic view for practical solutions
