Operational support of the internal IT landscape First-level support of our users on site or by remote access Client Management of Notebooks, Smartphones, Windows 11, MS Office, Outlook Cooperation and support in IT projects Creating, maintaining and securing documentation Installation and configuration of hardware and software components Coordination and cooperation with external service providers Preferably, the introduction of own ideas for further development

A successfully completed vocational training in IT with at least one-year professional experience First knowledge in handling the following systems: Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu), Windows 11, DNS / DHCP, Active Directory, MS Office Package, VoIP, SCCM First knowledge in the area of networks (LAN / VLAN, WLAN) and virtualization An approach characterised by self-employment, service orientation and structured approach A high level of commitment, a good communication capability, you are resilient and team capable Very good knowledge of German in word and writing The willingness to work on new topics The willingness to visit Troisdorf (Region Cologne/Bonn)
