Number: MER0003VMP The Center Planning Body Production consists essentially of three structures: press parts planning, raw construction planning incl. Raw construction technology and surface planning including coating technology. Over the entire life cycle, we are responsible for the planning of the three plants for all car projects worldwide: from pre-planning, new type planning to series planning. Our ''Technology Standards'' team for surface technology develops the associated plant technology for painting and optimizes existing processes in terms of efficiency and environmental influences with the focus on digitization and automation. We identify worthwhile production processes through experiments on principle and conceptuality, in order to subsequently transfer them to the series. We are currently testing new technologies for the new paint shop in Sindelfingen, where public information is available. Our team consists of 11 highly motivated and friendly colleagues who are looking forward to your support

Mobile work is regularly used by us, but we are also regularly in our production plants

Your tasks in detail: Reading and statistical evaluation of painting plant parameters

Integration into various programming and analysis systems

Integration of different no/low code tools

Write small software solutions

Integration of small projects in conjunction with User Stories and User Journeys

The activity can begin from April 2026.

Course in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable degree course (Ingenieursstudiegang)

Experiences with Power Bi, Mendix and statistical evaluations are advantageous

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Generally good programming experiences, especially Python

Commitment and team skills

Analytical way of thinking, strategic working, desire to try creative solutions
