We have a supply contract according to §111 para. 2 SGB V for Orthopaedics and Psychosomatics. Rehabilitation does not end with medical stabilisation – it often starts right there. For the social pedagogical support of our patients, we are looking for a dedicated personality with a view to life realities and solutions. You advise on social law issues and support professional and social reintegration You help to develop sustainable perspectives for the time after rehab In close coordination with the medical and therapeutic team, you will ensure that medical and social measures interlock
