You advise customers: in person and by phone and arrange appointments You coordinate the service appointments, keep an overview and organize the daily dates You first set up cost proposals and communicate them with the customers: You organize and manage the service orders You provide customer and vehicle data and arrange new customers: You can flexibly support various locations and participate in training measures for continuous improvement

You have a completed training in the automotive sector (technical or commercial), such as a training to the autombil Kaufmann (mw/d) or KFZ mechanic (m/w/d) You are ready to regularly commute between our locations and feel comfortable in different environments You have experience as a service consultant:in or in customer contact You are the face of our car house, expertly advises on maintenance and service matters and ensures smooth order processing You go open and sympathetic to customers: take their wishes seriously and promote customer loyalty through targeted care You have a technical affinity and are safe in handling PC, tablet and office applications
