As a digital transformation officer, you control the digital transformation of our administration including Objectives, priorities, key figures and governance. You analyze and optimize our management processes and implement digital end-to-end processes with our departments. You drive our data and process standards forward and support change processes with a clear focus on benefits, quality and transparency. You evaluate our IT application and, based on our IT strategy, implement suitable solutions for management with our central IT service provider, e.g. for collaboration, automation or self-services. You are responsible for interface management between our projects and our management IT and enable interoperability. You establish key figures for using and measuring benefits, reporting to management bodies and continuously improving our digital services. You ensure compliance, information security and data protection in the further digitization of our administrative processes, including accessibility. You collect, systematize and prioritize requirements with our departments and conduct selected projects for the digital transformation of our administration incl. Requirement management, risk analysis, preparation of tenders and tenders. You are central to the digital transformation of our administration and represent the University in the Digital Transformation network in the administrative areas of the 20 Lower Saxony universities.

A prerequisite for the recruitment is a completed scientific higher education (diploma or master) preferably in business or administrative informatics, applied or practical computer science, administration/economy or a comparable subject with strong IT reference. You create and convince people of different specialist groups through targeted communication. You work structured, independent and responsible. You have very good German skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2). A certification in project and/or process management and knowledge of the administrative processes of a state authority is advantageous.
