For our MM-Packaging location in Kaiserslautern, we are looking for a dedicated head of printing (m/w/d) indefinitely

• Discipline and professional leadership of the staff entrusted to you • ensuring and monitoring compliance with agreed processes by employees and teams; in case of deviations, corrective intervention takes place • Color management • Responsibility for quality, performance and work safety in the field of pressure • Planning and control of shift and personnel operations for optimal use of resources • Self-responsible maintenance, maintenance and maintenance of machines in the area of responsibility • Implementation of process and machine related projects focusing on cost reduction, efficiency improvement and quality improvement • Proactive cooperation with other departments such as maintenance and technical purchasing • Working on the continuous improvement of workflows by obtaining and implementing suggestions from the team • Management and control of projects within the area of pressure, such as waste reduction, set-up time reduction etc. • Takeover of cost control and budget planning for the area of pressure • Promoting the professional and personal development of employees through training and coaching • Creation of regular reports on performance, quality and project results for management • Initiation and support of digitalization measures in the printing process • Implementation of measures for resource conservation and sustainable production

• Complete technical training in the field of pressure • Multiannual experience in managing teams, preferably in the printing or production environment • Funded knowledge of process management, occupational safety and quality standards • Experience in project work and handling of technical equipment • Embossed communication and enforcement capability • High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and team orientation
