In addition to the team management, you are responsible for the independent processing and supervision of an area You work closely and trustfully with the management of the department You run a 6-person team professionally and are responsible for the employee motivation and further development of your team You are responsible for the quality assurance and enhancement of the team through regular information sharing and team meetings You are responsible for the coordination of our internal departments: product management, logistics, sales, inventory management, construction and regional branches You operationalize, tax and maintain the requirements of the department management You take the reporting and voting with or to the respective departments and supervisors You work in projects and take over the project management for defined subprojects You are responsible for the relationship management with the decision-makers of our rights providers, including Deutsche Bahn AG

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a corresponding study and at least. 3 years of professional experience You bring leadership experience and your leadership understanding is characterized by structure and empathy or have already gained experience in your previous activity You are enthusiastic and can win your team for new tasks and challenges You are a dedicated, communicative and resilient personality, you can set up new tasks and draw your attention through a structured way of working You have very good MS Office skills, you can organize excellently, are highly motivated and binding
