Your duties

Plan, organize, coordinate and manage the Safety specialist team for product projects in the field of Truck & Bus

They control and coordinate the achievement of the relevant tasks with regard to product safety

They support the members of the various engineering departments

They ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations, standards and standards in the field of product safety and high-voltage safety

They make deviations transparent and initiate measures to achieve targets or to balance target

You are responsible for status reporting in the project and line bodies

They give technical input to the solution of complex product safety issues in the responsible project

You are a member of the overarching MTB-E specialist team Safety and bring your practical experience to the continuous improvement of processes and methods

Your qualifications

Complete study of engineering (electrotechnics, mechanical engineering or a comparable subject)

At least 5 years of experience in development

Multiannual professional experience in product safety, ideally focusing on high-voltage security (e.g. as a responsible test/construction for safety-relevant components or systems)

Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations

Ability to create and maintain security documentation and reports

Practical experience in project management and MAN PEP

Embossed communication, coordination and moderation capabilities

Convincing customer orientation and a solution-oriented operation

Individual initiative, targeting and team orientation

German and English skills
