In Identity and Access Management (IAM), we ensure that identities and permissions are managed safely and efficiently in the STRABAG Group. Our goal: the optimal support of our colleagues through a modern, powerful IAM system. Do you want to become part of this exciting area? Let's find you. You actively participate in the further development and control of our identity and authorization management and contribute to the introduction of a new, modern IGA tool (Identity Governance & Administration). Together with our business units, you analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You support the creation of permission concepts and accompany the onboarding of new applications into our IAM system. By evaluating reports, you identify optimization potentials and initiate appropriate improvement measures. You manage IAM processes efficiently and boost the development of the system. With your eye for innovations, you bring new ideas and help us continuously improve our IAM tool.

A completed technical training (e.g. HTL, TU/FH degree in IT) or a commercial/company training with IT focus (e.g. teaching, HAK, University, FH). Including professional experience in identity & access management or in the IGA area. Ideally experience with One Identity and creating permission concepts An analytical mindset and the ability to penetrate complex relationships. Joy in team collaboration, communication strength and motivation to continuously expand your knowledge. Willingness to critically question the status quo and openness to new technologies. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
