You support our customers in the field of commercial issues relating to accounting, financial accounting and energy processes. You accompany users:in the use of the ERP software Schleupen.CS and help to correctly classify technical requirements. You analyze user and program errors, structure the information and prepare it so that it can be further processed in a targeted manner. You work closely with internal departments, technical contacts:inside and software development. You support subprojects as part of the rollout of commercial processes and take responsibility for individual thematic packages. You carry out workshops and user training for specialist areas such as financial accounting or accounting.

You have a completed commercial training or a study with a focus on accounting, financial accounting, business management, economic informatics or energy and water management or a comparable qualification. As an alternative, you will bring several years of practical experience in the accounting of current business transactions, for example as a tax specialist (m/w/d), account holder (m/w/d), tax specialist (m/w/d) or farmer (m/w/d). You have experience in handling ERP systems and understand how commercial processes are mapped on the system. Ideally, you know energy-economic billing or market processes or have already worked at a municipal plant, energy suppliers or energy-economic service providers. You work analytically as well as structured and can explain complex facts in a comprehensible way. You have the pleasure of solving technical questions, thinking into processes and taking responsibility for your topics. You bring good computer skills, especially in MS Office.
