Quality Management Officer (m/f/d)

Design, conduct and care of the IMS by combining the required management methods, in particular the quality management system (ISO 9001, 50001, 27001); Monitoring the implementation of measures and objectives to improve quality show recommendations for action on the strategic optimization of quality-relevant processes based on current developments to management; request measures in the respective processes for adapted or derived new objectives Analysis and assessment of current requirements (e.g. customer, legislator, standards) to determine the required requirements Responsibility for the planning, implementation and organisation of internal and external audits Initiating and ensuring the implementation of quality management systems through definition, creation and implementation or Based on measures (e.g. guidelines, regulations, work, process and test instructions, complaint management) and training and instruction derived therefrom Working with projects and taking over project tasks

Suspicious bachelor's degree and ideally at least five years professional experience in QM Experience in relevant quality management methods Extensive understanding of corporate processes Experience in process modeling of relevant software and BPMN 2.0 Excellent quality thinking Enforcement Communication capability with internal and external partners First experience in professional and disciplined leadership of teams
