You will advise our customers on technical and application-related issues concerning our financial solutions. You are working on customer requests independently, comprehensible and solution-oriented in our ticket system. You analyze complex questions, classify them professionally and prepare them structured for further processing. You support customers in the application of our products and carry out training and service orders. You create and support application aids, documentation and contributions for our knowledge management. You bring your professional experience into cooperation with product management, development and other internal interfaces.

You have completed training or studies in administrative, financial or comparable fields. You bring safe knowledge in municipal finance – especially in camera literature. You have ideally experience in the cash register, combing, financial management or a comparable municipal function. At best you know OK.FIS / OK.FINN or comparable specialist procedures in municipal finance. You work carefully, service-oriented as well as structured and can easily arrange technical topics. You are kind and confident, and you want to continue working on professional and legal issues.
