Specialist in Occupational Medicine - Director of the Occupational Health Clinic (m/f/d)

Rochus Mummert is the market leader among the health care specialist consulting services in Germany. For our client, the University Hospital Ulm we are looking for a specialist in Occupational Medicine (m/w/d) as a manager of the Occupational Hospital.

Ulm University Hospital (UKU) is one of the leading maximum providers in Baden-Württemberg. With 30 clinics, 16 institutes and around 1.515 plan beds, it provides more than 56,000 stationary patients annually and more than 270,000 outpatient cases. At the next possible time, we are looking for a personality with strong medical expertise and proven experience in building and strategic development of outpatient facilities, institutes or comparable medical organizations.

You lead the occupational ambulance and develop modern occupational medical concepts. You advise UKU employees on issues of occupational health and safety. You are responsible for implementing the requirements according to ArbMedVV, ArbZG, MuSchg, AsiG, ArbSchg, etc. The training of assistant physicians (m/w/d) as part of the full training authority is a key part of your work. You maintain close cooperation with the other UKU staff and report directly to the senior director (chairman).

You have an approbation as a doctor or doctor with a specialist in occupational medicine. You have successfully completed your doctoral project. Multiannual leadership experience – ideally in a highly complex medical environment – distinguishes you. Your extensive experience as an occupational physician (m/w/d) allows you to apply for the full training authority for occupational medicine. You have already demonstrated your independent and structured work, as well as the necessary conceptual strength in the previous position. As a leadership person, you are convinced by the joy of decision-making, persuasiveness and a value-adding attitude that combines team orientation with the ability to take strategic responsibility.
