As a team leader, you’re not only a dedicated team of experts, but you’re also working on yourself: You ensure smooth and punctual payroll accounting, ensure compliance with all legal requirements and coordinate international payroll providers. You run a team of five payroll and HR accounting specialists:inside and working closely with them in the day-to-day operating business You are responsible for the monthly payroll for around 1,000 employees – your most important tool: SAP HCM. You control international payroll providers and are central to our stakeholders. You optimise processes, drive automation and digitization. You ensure compliance and clarify key issues in internal and external audits as well as in correspondence with authorities, social security institutions and health insurance funds; You tax independent HR-relevant bookings (e.g. consumptions/resolutions, education and monitoring of personal-relevant provisions) as well as account adjustments (e.g. billing accounts) for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in cooperation with Finance. You'll also start reports and statistics. You take over all tasks relating to payroll accounting and time management - in ongoing personnel use as part of the entry, transfer and exit processes For our employees you are direct contact person

Studies in business management, personnel management, training on accounting or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in payroll and HR accounting, ideally with international reference. Impressed leadership skills combined with experience in managing dedicated team of experts, strong communication skills and a high level of responsibility Knowledge of wage tax, social security and labour law as well as accounting/ accounting, complemented by experience with international payroll processes. Very good knowledge of SAP HCM and FI as well as safe handling of MS Office. Spencer enthusiasm for future technologies and broad technology understanding. Analytical thinking, process understanding and hands-on mentality. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
