As a production assistant (m/w/d) in Espelkamp, you support the smooth running of the manufacturing processes and contribute significantly to the quality of the products. Whether machine operation, quality control or packaging – here every day is different and full of possibilities!

• Operation and monitoring of production machines.
• Quality control of manufactured products.
• Packaging and labelling of goods.
• Work on maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Supporting the team in general production tasks.

We are looking for

As a production assistant (m/w/d), you count as the heart of production. To be successful, you should bring some conditions. Even if no special training is required, engagement and reliability are essential.

• Ready to work in shiftwork.
• Craft skills and technical understanding.
• Team skills and initiative.
• Physical resilience.
• Ideally first experience in production (no need).
