Supply Chain Assistant (m/f/d)

As a Supply Officer (m/w/d), you are the central link between suppliers and internal stakeholders. You ensure timely material supply and optimize the supply chain. Ensure material availability: You are responsible for the anticipated disposition of the material spectrum for civil and military projects

Procurement management: You carry out quick and instant purchases and coordinate the introduction of new components.

Supplier management: You manage the suppliers assigned to you with regard to all relevant supply chain issues. These include the creation and pursuit of collection plans, capacity checks and negotiations of delivery times.

Problem solution: You process and solve quality problems as well as typical disorders in the procurement process (e.g. overdue invoices, blocked orders).

Interface coordination: You communicate and coordinate closely with stakeholders such as strategic purchasing, quality assurance, logistics, engineering and production.

Optimization & KPIs: You support projects to improve the supply chain (e.g. cost minimisation, reduction of recovery times) and are responsible for OTD1, inventory management and KPI improvements.

(m/w/d), Master (m/w/d) or specialist (m/w/d). Professional experience: You bring at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the supply chain, in purchasing or in quality assurance. IT skills: You have detailed knowledge in MS-Office and SAP/R3.

Language knowledge: German and English you can master in a safe manner.

Soft Skills: Your operation is customer-oriented, targeted and enforceable. You convince by communication strength, team spirit and resilience.
