Self-planning, preparation and implementation of management measures Maintenance of the work costing and yield calculations Cost and timely procurement of equipment, machinery and material according to Group guidelines Application planning for personnel and subcontractors Participation or independent implementation of follow-up negotiations Monitoring of the construction process and results control of the construction site Creation of scales and accounting documents Preparation of performance and project documentation Coordination with group or departmental management on technical and human subjects

Completed civil engineering studies (FH/TU) with a focus on road construction / construction or a qualification obtained by professional experience Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook User knowledge in a costing and billing program (ideally iTWO) Ready-to-use, enforcement and team spirit Self-employed, committed and responsible work Car driver's license
