About us

We are a modern property management with its own housing stock and specializes in the maintenance, modernization and value enhancement of residential properties. In order to continue successfully implementing our modernization projects, we are looking for a dedicated Maurer / Dry Farmer (m/w/d) to strengthen our team of craftsmen.

Your tasks

• Implementation of masonry and cleaning work in the context of housing modernizations
• Construction and restoration of non-supporting walls
• Manufacture and repair of masonry
• Installation of drywalls, ceiling and attachment shell systems
• Crushing and sealing work
• Installation of insulation and sound protection systems
• Repair and maintenance work in inhabited and empty homes
• Cooperation with internal and external structures in refurbishment projects
• Ensuring professional and high quality execution

Your profile

• Complete training as a mason, dry-builder or comparable craft qualification
• Professional experience in refurbishment, modernization or interior design
• Self-employed, reliable and structured operation
• Craft skills and quality awareness
• Team skills and commitment
• Friendly occurrence to tenants and business partners
• Class B licence desirable
