IT Business Analyst for the backend system of our digital asset management

For the joint development of our digital asset management solutions, we are looking for you as an IT business analyst*in with a focus on the introduction of new functionalities in our depot backend system. In close cooperation with your team, departments, development teams, quality assurance and external partners, you design technical and technical requirements from idea to go live in production. Analysis and design of requirements and business processes in cooperation with various stakeholders Accompanying the technical and technical implementation from requirement to Go Live in production in a scaled agile cooperation model Creation and maintenance of our automated test cases as part of regression tests Supporting the professional operation in our structured incident, change and request management Advising the specialist areas in the design and introduction of new product solutions Continuous optimization of our solutions in operation with a view to scaling, stability and safety of our systems and processes

You can develop our solutions in the field of digital asset management together with us if you bring the following: Successfully completed MINT study or comparable IT training Practical experience in IT with great interest in investment topics and backend systems Relevant technical knowledge and experience for working with backend systems and processes (including Mainframe/Host, DB2, Java, Cobol, Python, Oracle, SQL, relational databases, XML) Experience in agile methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) and in cooperation with cross-functional teams Expressed analytical skills, communication strength and a high degree of self-initiative Willingness to think beyond technical and technological boundaries and to show new ways A way of working that is characterised by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team capacity Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min.
