CRM Platform Developer (m/w/d) in Munich and Waldenburg You become part of the core team that builds the future CRM platform of our company. In an early stage of construction, you work with high technical responsibility and great design space. It’s not just about developing solutions — you’re considering what standards we set, how systems play together and how our platform scales in the long term. Designing the future: building and developing our new CRM platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform Designing IT structures: developing sustainable, scalable and long-term expandable technical solutions – from business logic to plugins and custom APIs to automation based on C# Networking processes: integration of ERP, web and internal IT systems via REST APIs, events and Microsoft standard technologies Ensure quality: Responsibility for stable solutions through clean development, testing, monitoring and performance optimization Providing future work: shaping development policies, best practices and technical structures for our future CRM ecosystem Team-oriented action: Close coordination with Product Owner, departments, external partners and the future CRM Development Team

Basics: A completed study of Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification. Knowledge: Experience in full-stack development and in the construction and operation of CRM systems. Understanding system architectures, interfaces and integrations. Passion: Pleasure to actively build a new CRM platform, take technical responsibility and make things more sustainable — ideally with experience in the Enterprise CRM environment, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform Communication: Very good knowledge of German and English as well as the ability to understand technical topics with specialist areas and stakeholders Strengths: Very good knowledge in C#/.NET, experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, understanding of cloud architectures, APIs and relational databases — combined with a structured, solution-oriented working and ownership mentality
