Forging / production helper m/w/d for our forging area

Your tasks:

• In the team, they process our self-generated materials as well as wage-forging qualities into high-quality forging semi-finished products.
• They operate and monitor our forging units, forging hammers, free-form forging presses and manipulators.
• They carry out forging processes professionally and taking into account the predetermined process and quality requirements.
• They ensure the required quality and dimensional accuracy of the manufactured semi-finished forgings.
• They identify deviations in the forging process and initiate appropriate measures if necessary.
• They help to optimize workflows and forging processes.

Your profile:

• Possible training in the metalworking sector, ideally as forging, industrial mechanic, metal builder or in a comparable profession.
• In the best case, professional experience in the field of free-form forgings or in the metalworking industry is advantageous.
• Experience in handling forging presses, manipulators and comparable production facilities desirable.
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Responsible, reliable and careful working.
• Ready to work in shiftwork.
• Team skills and good communication skills.
