You guide a team in our shopping and are responsible for your own range. You are responsible for the entire product management in your product group and act as an interface to the online category management, marketing (social media, content & campaign, photo studio) and logistics. You develop our range to be successful in the future. Your tasks include: Product portfolio: Planning of attractive assortments in foreign and private brands and implementing purchasing decisions Negotiation: preparation, monitoring and implementation of contract negotiations with the industry's most famous suppliers Trendscouting: Market and competition observations and performance analyses Product creation: Development of products for our attractive own brands Marketing: Planning attractive retail areas and controlling online performance Promotion: Selection of products and thematic worlds for the newsletter and promotions Team leadership: You run a team of 5-8 people
