completed university studies in utilities (Dipl.-Ing. or Bachelor FH) demonstrable knowledge in project management and in the control of external planning offices at least 3 years of practical experience in the operational and planning execution of large construction projects in the field of research, as well as extensive reconstruction, maintenance and rehabilitation measures of contractors Integrated planning of plant engineering in the building as well as deeper knowledge in the implementation and interpretation of VOB, VHB, LBOs, HOAI and RBBau as well as ASR Knowledge in the creation of construction services, experience in cost control, and a strong coordination and negotiation skills safe handling of industry-standard software such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SAP and project control tools detectable German language skills by level C1
