We are now looking for a*n:

Specialist Engine Planning (m/w/d) You take over the control and planning of the trains taking into account punctuality, cost-effectiveness and operating conditions.

The timely and customer-oriented order acquisition and processing is within your responsibility.

In close coordination with the service provider you carry out the order disposition and ensure smooth operational implementation.

This ensures a high quality of avisation as a basis for efficient and resilient weekly planning.

In case of malfunctions or malicious messages, you act proactively, coordinate the processing according to the defined processes in Quam and ensure transparent communication to customers, service providers and internal interfaces.

The collection and further loading of special costs in the process is also part of your task.

In addition, you create transport-relevant evaluations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including performance reports, deviation reports and quality evaluations.

A close coordination of the daily business as part of the planning meetings with the Operator Control Center completes your activity profile.

You have professional experience in a company in the logistics industry and know the industry-specific requirements and processes.

Funded operational experience in disposition and planning will help you with a strong understanding of economic and process relationships.

When dealing with customers, act safely, service-oriented and solution-focused.

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing allow you to communicate professionally in the national and international environment.

Personally, you are convinced by a strong team capability, high resilience and strong conflict and communication skills.
