We are looking for a dedicated junior building manager (m/w/d), who brings the first professional experience and wants to develop professionally and personally. In this position you work closely with the project and team management and successively take more responsibility on our construction sites. Support for project management in the appointment, quality and budget-oriented execution of construction projects in the field of special construction Participation in billing and cost control as well as in the follow-up management Implementation of quality requirements and compliance with work safety requirements Coordination and support of entrepreneurs in coordination with project management Preparation and participation in construction meetings Documentation of the progress of construction and the creation of dimensions

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualifications First practical experience in the construction line of advantage – ideally in deep or special depth construction Interest in building law topics (BGB / VOB/B) Safe handling of common project software desirable Own initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit Good knowledge of German in word and writing
