As a team assistant in the field of expansion and real estate, you can support our team in the development of new branches and keep an overview of all processes relating to location development, lease agreements and project coordination in dynamic phases.

Supporting the expansion team in the planning and implementation of new locations Examination of leases, documents and location-related topics Preparation of decision bases for management Coordination of dates, deadlines and open points Preparation of evaluations, presentations and protocols Central contact point for topics related to location development and project coordination Optimization and simplification of processes

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Experience in real estate, expansion or project assistance Knowledge of building plan, pitch order or construction applications Structured working and overview on several topics Responsibility and reliability Clear and professional communication Secure handling of MS Office and openness for new tools
