We are looking for you Head of Hygiene & Pest Control (w/m/d) Location: Stadtallendorf Start date: at the next possible time Within the range of quality, an indefinite position is to be occupied as 'Head of Hygiene & Pest Control (w/m/d)'. The site defines, optimizes and monitors the cleaning, hygiene and pest control programs in terms of food safety and quality and ensures compliance with legal and internal FSQ standards. Through training measures, it improves the competence of all participants in the topics concerned and thereby promotes a culture of food safety and hygiene.

In this function you take on the overall technical responsibility and the advancement of all programs, projects and initiatives with a focus on hygiene, cleaning and pest prevention at the Stadtallendorf plant. After successful development and implementation, you are responsible for the sustainable implementation of the programs and projects and control ongoing improvement processes. You regularly analyse the effectiveness of existing measures, identify optimization potentials and implement corresponding adjustments, so that the defined targets are secured on time and in the long term. Another focus is the definition, establishment and further development of relevant standards, processes and work instructions in accordance with the legal regulations and Ferrero FSQ requirements (personal hygiene, environment and process hygiene). These include, in particular, the preparation of cleaning plans, the introduction of comprehensive control systems, and ensuring complete documentation. In addition, the derivation and control of suitable KPIs plays a crucial role in monitoring the effectiveness of the measures and systematically monitoring the achievement of the targets. Its area of responsibility also includes the development and implementation of targeted training to strengthen the expertise in hygiene & plague control at the plant. With continuous optimization of the training, you promote both technical knowledge and practical implementation and sensitize our employees to comply with prescribed standards. As part of your activity, you will ensure transparent, address-oriented communication and regular reporting at all levels of governance. You report on the progress and status of programmes and projects, in particular with regard to defined KPIs. Furthermore, prepare necessary decisions and escalate bottlenecks and challenges early and solution-oriented.
