Responsible planning, project management and execution of refurbishment, refurbishment and extension buildings as project manager:in Perception of client tasks and interests Responsible management of costs, dates and qualities Coordination and control of internal and external project participants Interest in the creation and processing of framework contracts for freelance planning services (e.g. statics, fire protection, object planning, building physics, etc.) Preparation and participation in the creation of contracts with external design and construction participants Preparation, voting and settlement of requests for construction Advising the scientific areas in building and furnishing matters as part of the project launch

Complete Master's Programme, Department of Architecture

Extensive experience in planning coordination or project management of complex construction projects, preferably in stock

Experiences in the application of HOAI, focusing on performance phases 1 – 5, but also with knowledge in performance phases 6 – 9

Experience in the application of AHO

Experience in assessing architectural design issues

Experience in planning coordination or project management of science or laboratory buildings or medical facilities

Cost awareness

Knowledge of building and planning law, technical regulations and regulations as well as in the relevant office programs

Teamability and Cooperative Cooperation Skill

Negotiating skills in the sense of project success and flexibility

Commitment and Responsibility

Experience is required in the execution of planning, control and construction tasks for the public sector

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, understandable formulation
