Identification, prioritization and control of continuous potential for improvement and harmonisation along the relevant quality and purchasing processes. Definition, coordination and follow-up of appropriate measures for audit deviations, test results or violations of established standards. Management and coordination of international expert groups and coordination of results with relevant stakeholders and bodies to promote transnational standards and best practices. Ensuring a sustainable knowledge transfer through the management of cooperations, stakeholder dialogues and training and workshops for national and international contacts.

Complete study of food chemistry, food technology, ecotrophology or agricultural sciences More than 5 years of relevant professional experience in quality assurance, quality management, investigation and evaluation of fruit and vegetable products Safe application and interpretation of relevant German and European food law as well as extensive knowledge of relevant certification systems (especially in the area of fruit and vegetables and fresh meat/fish), quality seals and requirements of consumer magazines and NGO First experience in the leadership of a team Impressed communication strength and strong team and enthusiasm Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
