Technical support for the existing customer base in the after-sales environment. Focus on fault analysis, PLC diagnostics and ensuring plant stability in the field. Remote support of our own service technicians in service, disruption and commissioning operations on site. Your focus Technical Support & Troubleshooting Analysis and elimination of faults in existing plants (remote and on site) Support of service technicians in complex technical problems Ensuring plant stability during operation SPS & Automation (focus Siemens) Diagnosis and Optimization of PLC Programs (TIA Portal / Step7) troubleshooting in control, drive technology and interfaces Support for updates, rebuilds and restarts Work on existing plants Dealing with growing systems, different software levels and varying documentation Development of sustainable solutions under real conditions of use Technical development Support for technical improvements and modernisation Participation in the transfer of solutions into repeatable concepts

Qualification Completed training or studies in the field Electrical Engineering / Automation Technology / Mechatronics At least 5 years of professional experience in machine or plant engineering Technical expertise Very good knowledge of Siemens SPS systems Customer Experience in Troubleshooting knowledge of drive technology, in particular Parameterization and troubleshooting (e.g. SEW, Danfoss) Safe handling of existing, non-standard systems Personally you convince by Structured and solution-oriented operation High practice and customer orientation Self-responsible work Communication strength in the technical environment Conditions International travel activities: about 30% High practical content Direct customer contact Varied activity between service, retrofit and optimization
