HR Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Description Your mission You accompany the entire Employee Lifecycle from entry to changes to exit. You are responsible for creating, examining and managing key personnel documents, including employment contracts, supplementary and amending agreements, certificates, certificates and other personal documents. You are the central contact person for employees and executives with personaladministrative and labour contract issues. You care and respect our personal management system Personio and ensure the proper care of the digital personal files. You take the preparatory pay and payroll accounting for your support area and coordinate smooth processes with internal and external interfaces. You keep time-limits, dates and special topics in mind and pay attention to compliance with legal and internal requirements. You drive the continuous optimization of HR processes and standards and actively introduce your own ideas.

Qualifications Your profile A completed commercial training, a study with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification forms the basis for your success. Relevant professional experience in HR Operations/Personal Administration allows you to take responsibility quickly and effectively. Good knowledge of labour law, wage tax law and social security law give you safety in daily practice. A structured, careful and responsible way of working allows you to keep track of several parallel topics. A pronounced service orientation and solution orientation as well as a strong communication capability are yours and support you in exchange with employees/leaders.
