responsible care and supervision of an office building (including technical facilities, service provider control, care) Maintenance and coordination of technical processes in other properties Self-responsible implementation of minor repairs and technical emergency aids Disruption and emergency management in technical problems Monitoring and time and cost control of maintenance and repair work Communication with and coordination of craftsmen, service providers and suppliers Maintenance and control of external installations including Ensuring order and cleanliness, security technology and home-technical facilities Monitoring of reconstruction, modernisation and repair measures Regular object controls and their documentation

Completed technical and technical training (e.g. electricians, plant mechanics, house technicians) Multiannual practical experience in technical building management Very good German knowledge in word and writing for secure communication with the partners and service providers Reliability, discretion and high quality awareness independent and service-oriented work, organizational talent Careful appearance and trustworthy and discreet behavior Driving licence class B mandatory
