What began with the establishment of a small building material and coal trade, developed into a group of approximately 1,000 employees in 9 construction centres, 2 concrete plants, 2 freight forwarders and 12 mining markets with garden centers in northern Germany. Participate - Your Tasks

Responsibility for the planning, control and monitoring of our tours incl. Creation of all relevant freight documents Ensuring a smooth run in day-to-day business as well as proactive intervention in malfunctions and close coordination with sales Analysis and continuous optimization of processes in the expedition Professional leadership of the team including personnel planning, implementation of employee talks and support of settings Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (work hours, steering and rest periods) as well as controlling personnel use Responsibility for fleet management including maintenance and testing dates, control of driver and vehicle data and control of external service providers settlement of damages and ensuring all relevant legal requirements Compilation of evaluations and statistics as well as the processing of administrative tasks (e.g. requests for funding and audit of accounts)

Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding/logistics or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in disposition or expedition, ideally with first leadership experience Good knowledge in the field of tour planning, fleet management as well as the relevant legal regulations (learning and rest periods etc.) A structured and solution-oriented way of working Communication strength and enforcement capacity Safe handling of common IT systems and MRP software High commitment, flexibility and sense of responsibility
