Quality Manager ISO 9001 (m/f/d)

You design the construction, introduction and further development of a quality management system (QMS) according to ISO 9001. You integrate the QMS into the certified IT service management and information security management systems Guidelines, quality standards and ADONIS process descriptions are structured and comprehensible and keep them up to date. Quality indicators, risks and opportunities you analyze and develop continuous improvement measures. Awareness measures, trainings and workshops are supported in preparation and implementation. You accompany organisational internal audits and participate in the follow-up of measures.

You have a completed degree, e.g. in business informatics, economic engineering, business management or a comparable qualification through appropriate professional experience. You bring well-founded knowledge of quality and process management with experience in the analysis, documentation and structuring of processes, guidelines and work instructions, ideally related to ISO 9001 or comparable management systems. Ideally, basic understanding for integrated management systems as well as interfaces to the ISMS (ISO 27001) or IT service management system (ISO 20000) is present or is actively established. Methods for continuous improvement (e.g. PDCA, risk or cause analyses) are applied in a structured manner or have already dealt with it. You work carefully, think process-oriented and bring topics to the point in a comprehensible way – even in exchange with different disciplines. Readiness to learn, self-initiative and the need to develop a new system professionally clean are driving you. Very good German skills (C1) complete your profile.
