And right here you come into play. - You're doing this with us: Making knowledge visible: You bring structure into complex topics and make content understandable and usable for everyone (e.g. with the Wiki software “Confluence”) Content that comes up: You develop creative How‐To guides that are not only read – but really help (e.g. SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or SAP permission management) Rethink: You create modern training formats (e.g. videos or interactive content) and bring fresh wind into our learning world AI: You work with our AI tool “Ask Wolfgang” and introduce ideas on how AI makes everyday work smarter Understanding figures & building tools: You develop your own Excel tools for IT cost analysis – supported by AI for even more impact Strengthening the Community: You create contributions, introduce your ideas and promote the exchange in our Intranet Community The activity can begin from July 2026.

That's what you bring: Training/study: Immatricated Student (w/m/d) in a degree program of (economic) informatics, communication sciences, media sciences, business management with IT affinity or a comparable technical/communication science field. Your language skills: German and English language skills in word and writing

Your tech skills: First practical experiences in content creation, documentation or the creation of training documents are advantageous Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Interest in data analysis, tool development and digital platforms First knowledge of Python or VBA are a plus, but no need Experience with confluence or similar tools – or the willingness to work quickly Basic understanding of technical relationships and software processes Curiosity on AI tools and their use in everyday work This is what distinguishes you: You communicate clearly and have a talent to make complex content understandable You work structured, carefully and independently – with a demand for quality You learn quickly and enjoy working on new topics and technologies You are a team player and feel comfortable in an international environment You bring creativity and a good sense of appealing and understandable content with You're thinking, doing things actively and you want to introduce your own ideas and advance improvements Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
