Advice and support of our member savings banks as well as support and further development in the AI transformation Positioning and strengthening the introduction of AI in the association Participation in federal, regional and internal (partial) projects and participation in networks and working groups of the Sparkassen financial group with the focus on AI Ensuring AI governance and implementing the EU-AI-Act guidelines in close coordination with the interfaces in the association Creation and participation of forum templates Conception, preparation, accompaniment and implementation of training, workshops and web events, especially in the Sparkassenakademie NRW Support and expansion of the AI exchange platform (SharePoint) for member savings banks Creation of reporting and trend analyses

Completed studies of business management, computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Influential professional and project experience in digitalization, transformation, organisational development or corporate strategy, ideally in the context of the company Strategic and analytical thinking, vision and safe handling of complex issues Structured, independent and conceptual work combined with a high sense of responsibility and a sense of decision Interest in and basic knowledge on AI technologies and willingness to work quickly into new topics and changed framework conditions Ideally first experience with regulatory requirements (GDPR, EU AI regulation, IT security) Impressed communication and presentation strength as well as the enthusiasm to prepare AI topics in a comprehensible manner and to represent them convincingly in front of different target groups and bodies Experience in the implementation of training and workshops is advantageous
