Your tasks: Configuration & Booking: Processing of all payment inputs and outputs (Debitors/Creditor Accounting) in Domus 4000. Payment: implementation and control of all payments. Mahn and receivable management: Responsibility for timely warnings. Operating expenses: preparation and production of annual operating expenses according to the operating cost regulation, including heating cost accounting. Objection processing: settlement of operating costs billing. General correspondence: correspondence with tenants.

Your profile: Training: completed commercial training or many years of experience in accounting/apartment management. Experience: Commercial experience in accounting or accounting in real estate rental; safe handling of Domus 4000. Knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel. Personality: team spirit, independent and structured working.
