Guest care and consulting Coordination of daily tasks and guest transfers Operation of the telephone center Implementation of house tours Consumption of room reservations and active room sales Check-in and check-out Acceptance, processing and control of incoming reservations Create and ship reservations and confirmations

You have a successfully completed training in the hotel industry and ideally already experience in a similar position natural friendliness, smiles and a warm radiance lie in your nature You are flexible, gas-torientated, organized and possess good communication and team skills You work independently, reliably and carefully You have a well-kept exterior and a courtesy, professional appearance Experience in handling the operating system Oracle Hospitality Suite 8 as well as good knowledge of the MS Office package are advantageous
