You are responsible for the care and development of the affiliated branches (Nürnberg and Reichenberg) with a total of about 200 employees As one of the communication disks in the company, you are proactively maintaining constant contact between HR and the branch and are internal and external interfaces For executives, you are the first contact person in all human affairs You deal with labour law issues and carry out the necessary measures You are responsible for the independent implementation of the predefined HR strategy You are subject to the operational implementation of personal processes and measures You report relevant personal key figures

You can demonstrate a successfully completed training with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification/training You bring profound professional experience and knowledge in modern HR management with comparable company size and know you in dealing with the works council Therefore, you can present current knowledge in the field of labour law and personnel development Convinced by your sovereign and charismatic appearance and your enthusiasm for human resources You staff of all levels Excellent communication skills, integrity and enforcement are your strengths Teamability, solution orientation and a pronounced time and priority management are of course for you Fun in increased travel and good English skills supplement Your profile
