As an IT expert First Sale (m/w/d), you combine technical requirements with system-side solutions and make an important contribution to pricing, offering scaling, forecasting and control-relevant evaluations. Together with sales, trade, APM, controlling and IT, you will ensure reliable data, efficient processes and a sustainable system landscape. Your duties You maintain and develop the First Sale specialist IT solution professionally and optimize pricing, offering and forecasting logics. You analyze technical requirements, prioritise them and coordinate their implementation with specialist areas, IT, software providers and service providers. You help users with questions, bugs and new functions and perform training and workshops. You define and maintain data structures, KPIs, report logics and dashboards and ensure the consistency and meaningfulness of the data. You plan and accompany tests, releases and system adaptations and contribute to ensuring high data and process quality. You identify optimization and automation potentials and support the further development of efficient and sustainable processes. Your profile You have a completed Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Data Science or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in system support, application management, data analysis, controlling or pricing. You have a good understanding of business processes, data structures, key figures and reporting. Ideally, you have knowledge of data modeling as well as dealing with SQL or business intelligence tools. Experience in process management, interface work, test management or quality assurance is advantageous. You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented, show innovativeness and communicate safely with different contact persons.
