The Vöcklabruck site is a centre hospital in close proximity to one of Austria's most popular holiday destinations, the Salzkammergut. Best transport connections also ensure rapid accessibility of urban culture (Linz, Salzburg, Munich). The Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics consists of the sites Vöcklabruck and Gmunden. Vöcklabruck with 45 beds, 1300 births, prenatal diagnostics, gynecological oncology, senology, Urogynecology and general gynecology. A Da Vinci robot surgery is available at the department. Gmunden, with 10 beds, in the form of a dislocated weekly clinic, for mainly smaller daily clinical interventions.
