Active Sourcing Specialist (m/f/d)

You go individually, authentically and value-adding on candidate: inside and create real connections. You build trusted, long-term relationships with talents and keep the contact alive. You develop talent pools and networks that become real communities, and develop measures to actively support talents and personal direct address. You accompany candidate: both sovereign and engaged through the entire recruiting process – from the first conversation to the successful start. You conduct interviews with fineness and expertise, work closely with the specialist areas and advises as a Sparring partner: at eye level. You bring fresh ideas and actively shape how we can further improve speech, processes and Candidate Experience.

Recruiting and Active Sourcing is more than a job for you – it is your passion – and you can already demonstrate an at least two-year experience in Active Sourcing. Ideally, you bring first successes in the talent relationship management. You like to go to people and convince with authentic, value-adding communication. Networking enthuses you - the direct address is fun for you. You have a fine feeling for personalities, know potentials and combine talents and opportunities. It motivates you to build real relationships and maintain contacts in the long term.
