Market Manager (m/w/d) - Cross-location leadership role in food retailing

To strengthen the management team, we are looking for a dedicated personality, which as market manager:in/market manager:in (m/w/d) accompanies, stabilizes and develops several locations. Responsibility for the operational management and support of several markets in the Freiburg region Acquisition of management tasks for human bottlenecks (judgment, illness, restructuring) Ensuring smooth processes, compliance with quality and assortment standards and achieving economic goals Coaching and further development of market leaders:inside and their representations - You promote self-responsibility and team spirit Designing assortment questions, product presentation, sales promotions and events Close cooperation with the management and the new division manager - you are part of the expanded management team

Completed commercial training, ideally in food retailing (e.g. retail merchant, retail trade) Multiannual experience in LE - e.g. as market manager:in, department manager:in or stellv. District management Leadership, empathy and joy in motivating and developing employees Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational design and pronounced number affinity Hands-on mentality and readiness to actively engage in the processes Flexibility in terms of changing locations within the region

Attractive remuneration of EUR 50,000 - 70,000 p.a.
