Consultant Group Controlling - Standardization & Harmonization (m/f/d)

Your tasks - shape the future together: You accompany the international introduction of SAP S/4HANA in the financial sector, work intensively on bug fixes in the hypercare phase and ensure a smooth transition to the regular operation. You support the standardization and harmonisation of key corporate topics of the new SAP-S/4HANA financial system, which will be used in more than 300 companies of the Würth Group. As a central representative for the Group Reporting, you can answer questions in the context of monthly and annual accounts (with SAP S/4HANA). You design professionally harmonized FI processes within the framework of monthly and annual accounts on the S/4HANA platform and drive their global introduction. You support the governance of the central consolidated accounts plan, including coordination with stakeholders and support in implementing the national companies. You develop the Group-wide SAP FI Standard and work in international rollout, harmonisation and optimization projects to ensure Group requirements. Occasionally create and maintain training formats for financial users and managers (including financial managers in around 80 countries) and ensure sustainable know-how transfer.

Your profile - grow together: You have completed economic studies with a focus on finance and accounting (or a comparable qualification). You bring first practical experience in financial and accounting, ideally in the corporate environment or in a process-oriented role. You possess basic knowledge of international accounting (IFRS) and understand their impact on processes and reporting. You have SAP FI knowledge or motivation to build up these structures and are interested in standards, data quality and process harmonisation. You communicate safely in English and move confidently in international votes. You work autonomously and proactively, identify independently relevant topics, capture complex relationships quickly and convince by team capacity and implementation strength.
