In this position you develop and realize technical retrofit and service solutions for our existing customer systems. You work at the interface between service, sales and technology and ensure that individual customer requirements are transferred to structured, repeatable solutions. Your focus Retrofit & Modernization Analysis and technical evaluation of existing systems at the customer Planning and implementation of retrofit measures (e.g. safety, drive technology, HMI, remote access) Development of solutions for the modernisation and performance of existing plants Standardization & Development Development and development of retrofit packages Transfer of individual solutions into standardized concepts Active participation in expanding our service and after-sales business Technical evaluation & interface work Assessment of CE conformity and BetrSichV plants Technical support for offers and customer requests Close cooperation with service, sales and construction Training & Knowledge Transfer Training of operating and maintenance personnel Construction, documentation and disclosure of technical know-how in the company

Qualification Completed training or studies in electrical engineering, automation technology or mechatronics Multiannual professional experience in machine or plant engineering Technical expertise Very good understanding of existing machinery and equipment Experience in at least one of the areas: Service Retrofit Maintenance Modernization Basic knowledge of PLC systems (ideally Siemens) Experience in drive technology of advantage Personally you convince by A structured and solution-oriented operation The ability to understand technical facts Own initiative, sense of responsibility and team capacity Interest in developing and standardizing technical topics Conditions Travel: approx. 30–50 % Varied activity between analysis, concept and implementation Direct contact with customers and internal interfaces
