You'll make a smile: Be part of our team in the field of credit and debt management! In this role, you take responsibility for important financial processes and are a key player for our customers and sales. Sounds exciting? Keep reading!

Your tasks: You define payment agreements with our customers and keep their compliance in mind You check the credit quality of new and existing customers and make a reliable assessment For questions about credit and receivable management, you are the first address – both for our customers and the sales team You will inform our customers by phone via open posts, account balances and existing financing agreements You perform reminder runs, monitor payment inputs and clear accounts You work closely with our legal department, debt collection companies and insolvency administrators You create meaningful key figures and analyses for business and sales management You actively contribute to cross-departmental projects and assist in the preparation of the annual financial statements

That's what you bring: A completed commercial training – ideally as an industrial businesswoman Multiannual professional experience in credit and debt management, preferably in an international environment Secure handling of MS Office and SAP/R3 You convince with enforcing, negotiation skills and a sovereign occurrence Your English is practical and safe – this is important in our international environment Team spirit, communication strength and a structured, independent way of working complete your profile
