Assistance in controlling the department with compilation of reports and documents (e.g. cost-effectiveness and function analyses, economic plans etc.) for the economic management of the General Pathology Assistant to the economic support of teaching and research Assistance in the management and planning of institutional projects (such as building management, construction planning, maintenance) Assistance in managing administrative activities (such as human resources or revenue management)

You have a successfully completed economic study (high school, college or dual university), as far as possible with relevant professional experience, preferably in controlling a German health company and ideally with knowledge of accounting and performance assessment. You have very good IT user knowledge with Microsoft Office, in particular You certainly master MS-Excel and MSAccess and preferably also have practical experience in handling SAP R3. Their work is characterised by commitment, dynamics, visibility and responsibility with a clear focus on priorities. You are characterized by friendliness, high motivation, resilience and team capacity.
